"Rodney Strong Symmetry is one of my favorite bottles in the wine room. This Bordeaux-style red blend from Sonoma California is deep ruby in color, and almost completely opaque in the glass. The nose consists of dark fruits such as blackberry, blackcurrant, and plum with some floral notes (violet) plus cedar, vanilla, hints of mocha or espresso. There are earthy undertones in the finish of this incredibly balanced wine. Pair it with a nice grilled steak or a heavy meat sauce on your favorite pasta." ~ Greg, Wine Manager, Dennis Port
