INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 OZ BACARDÍ SUPERIOR RUM
3/4 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
12 FRESH MINT LEAVES
1/2 OZ SUGAR SYRUP (1:1)
3/4 OZ SODA
MINT SPRIG AS GARNISH
DIRECTIONS
1. Squeeze the lime wedges into a highball glass.
2. Add sugar and mint to the glass, and press with a barspoon to release the oil.
3. Half fill the glass with crushed ice, ass BACARDÍ Superior Rum and churn.
4. Top with crushed ice and soda. Garnish with mint sprig.
