INGREDIENTS:
• 1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
• 1 oz Cointreau
• .75 oz Lime Juice
• 1 Jalepeno Pepper, sliced
• Tajin
• Lime Wedge
DIRECTIONS:
Rim your glass: Rub a lime wedge around the opening and dip into tajin. Add two or three slices of jalapeno to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and ice to the muddled jalapenos. Shake well. Strain into a glass and top with jalapeno slices and a lime wedge for garnish.
